Custom worker entry s scheduled handlerem

Astro 6 adapter generoval jen fetch handler, scheduled cron nešel jednoduše přidat. Vytvořen custom worker entry kombinující Astro handle (přes @astrojs/cloudflare/handler) a scheduled handler.
